Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Several types of items are exempt from returns. Perishable goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

  • Downloadable/digital products

  • Certain health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when an item is:

  • Not in its original condition

  • Damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within standard processing timeframes.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting delays are common.

  3. Contact your bank—processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on your location, exchange delivery times may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
